Sat. Oct. 31/09 - Happy Halloween everyone! Our Fri. Dec. 11th Christmas Party at The Groove Lounge has been rescheduled to Sat. Dec. 12th. We will be starting at 9:00 p.m. and there will be a $5 cover charge. Hope to see you there with bells on - free "missle toe" for everyone!

Thurs. Oct. 1/09 - Our first show on Saturday at LE PUB was a fun time for all, thanks everyone for coming out. Our Fri. Oct. 23rd Le Pub show has been rescheduled to Fri. Dec. 11th and moved upstairs to The Groove Lounge. We will be starting at 10:30 p.m. and there is a $5 cover charge and mandatory $1 coat check at the door. Come on out and have a Holly Jolly "Genuine" Christmas at The Groove Lounge!

Wed. Sept. 23/09 - This just in, the time for our first show on Sat. Sept. 26th in LE PUB located inside LE SKRATCH, has been "moved" up and we will be hitting the stage for a special, early 8 p.m. start and finishing the evening off early again at 11 p.m.! Mark that in your calendars / BlackBerrys / iPhones and make sure you get there nice and early to get a seat. Perhaps a fine meal at Le Pub would be in order as well?

Mon. Sept. 21/09 - The Genuines performed a special all acoustic tribute for the Glen Bensley Memorial concert at the Memorial Park Bandshell in Oshawa yesterday. A great afternoon with plenty of local musicians honouring the memory of a fallen companion. Go troops!

Wed. Sept. 9/09 - Shows are finally rolling in for the fall. We have two new additions, both at LE SKRATCH in Oshawa. The first is on Sat. Sept. 26th in LE PUB located inside LE SKRATCH. This will be a more "intimate" show, but still plenty of room for everyone (and even dancing as well). Fri. Oct. 23rd will see us back at LE PUB, and we hope to see everyone at either one or even both of the shows.

Thurs. July 23/09 - Unfortunately, due to all of the rain, the outdoor concert at the Pickering Waterfront for tonight is CANCELLED! Stay tuned for further updates regarding a possible rescheduled event at another Pickering venue.

Mon. June 29/09 - Thanks to everyone who came out to our first show with our new "Rock 'em Sock 'em" rythym section 'Hof & Pauff at Tequila Willy's on Saturday night! Click here or on the date in the Past Performances area of the SHOWS page to view some Pictures and Video of the event!

Also, updates on the Canada Day Festival in Cannington: it will be at the MacLeod Park which if off of Peace St. between Elliot and Davidson Streets. The stage is covered and there will be tents set up in case of inclement weather, so everything is a go "rain or shine"! Also the time has been extented to around 5, so more musical fun for everyone!
