Welcome to the Sister Mary Elephant website where you will find important information about the band and frivolous details about Sisters, Marys and Elephants - just because we like that kind of thing! Check out the NEWS below and click on the Featured Band PIC-O-D-DAY. Also, check out our NUN FUN section for, you guessed it, pictures of Nuns and Elephants, but not necessarily together! Oh yeah, and there are pictures of the Hindu elephant god Ganesha so we can equally offend both the Catholics and Hindus at the same time (other religions to follow).

Hey Sis! Everyone is getting excited about the upcoming show on Sun. Feb. 24th. Check out the new MEDIA pix.

In case you haven't noticed in our SHOWS section we are playing at a charity event this coming Saturday, September 7th for the Overian Cancer Canada, Walk of Hope by the beach in Ajax. This will be a "rain or shine" event and we will kick off the festivities at 8:30 AM (yes that is in the morning) and finish up before 10 where Steve and his band "The Lakeshore Boys" will close off the entertainment portion of the program. Free BBQ for all, so please come out and enjoy the music and walk, pledge or donate for a good cause.

Well. No news is good news, but new news is better! Steve was getting tired of performing the miracle of playing in two bands at once, so he's just going to preach from "The Lakeshore Boys" pulpit from now on.

Joining the band is Paul Chalmers and I'm sure you'll enjoy his guitar expertise at our upcoming show Sat. Sept. 7th for the Walk Of Hope in Ajax by the lake. Check the SHOWS section for more details.
